About the Session

 

Get ready for a high-energy BoxFit session that pushes your fitness to the next level. You’ll work in pairs, switching between boxing bag drills and bodyweight exercises to build strength, burn calories, and boost endurance. No experience? No problem! These sessions are designed for all levels, whether you're here to tone up, lose weight, or just relieve some stress. We meet at Barnstaple Boxing Club every Tuesday at 6:00 PM. First-timers should arrive 10 minutes early for a quick intro. All equipment is provided—just bring water and comfortable workout clothes. Spaces are limited to 12 people per session, so book ahead and come ready to sweat!
